Cook what you know.

A simple rule, if it grows, if it's sweet, if your grandmother ate it, go for it.
Do you know why two year olds refuse to eat new foods? Because we come with a protective device to refuse eating unfamiliar, out of the ordinary stuff, a way to keep us from dying too young.

How is it then that we pick up anything manufactured who knows where?

Today, cook what you know, what your grandmother cooked.

  1. Well, that clears it up for me...I have the food tastes of a two year old! Do you have strawberries already? Mine are growing quickly and flowering. We've got tiny green berries forming. We should have a real crop this year, our second year with strawberries.
