The tree you see has grown to this size because it received just what it needed! It is so loved, that the owner of this gazebo built the structure around it. Ferns and blackberry vines want to circle around it and protect it year round!

So should it be with the care and feeding of our loved ones.
Valentine should remind us that we make enormously important choices as food providers.

Let's pledge another year of loving choices, well balanced, appropriate to the age and activity level of our loved ones.

Do include a daily dark chocolate kiss and a run around the block.
