If you watched Dr. Oz Tuesday, Dec. 21 on television, about Obesogens and the obesity epidemic, you should be very concerned about the food you serve every day, the food you purchase with confidence without really knowing what it is doing to you.
Do check out that episode. You'll be glad you did. You'll rethink your entire menu for Christmas, and your whole food consumption.
We knew all along that food grown organically, or without additives and stimulants was better for us. Now, with this research, we need to ask many more questions.
