It is hard to ...You are a woman after my own heart! It is hard to accept that as we "mature" our body just does not process the calories the same way and we cannot continue to eat the same amount of food that we used to without adding pounds. Portions, portions, portions. We try to eat less "white" (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes) though it breaks my little Italian heart and eat much more vegetables.
